Leila Gomes Lopes was an actress, television presenter and journalist, born in São Leopoldo in Rio Grande do Sul.
She became known for playing roles in soap operas on Rede Globo, and later for having started her career in adult films.
Leila Lopes was a Brazilian actress, model, journalist, porn star and television presenter, known for her appearance in soap operas on the Rede Globo channel and later for entering the pornographic film industry.
She appeared twice in the Brazilian issue of Playboy magazine, in March 1997 and May 2008, after appearing in a pornographic film for the Brasileirinhas studio.
Lopes was found dead in her apartment in Morumbi, São Paulo, in the early hours of 3 December 2009. It was subsequently confirmed that she had committed suicide by ingesting rat poison

Biography:

She attended the University of Dramatic Arts in Porto Alegre and, in her last year, she left for São Paulo to do her first professional show at the Teatro Brasileiro de Comédia.

End of 2000:

In May 2008, she joined the cast of the pornographic film production company Brasileirinhas, with the film 'Pecados & Temptations'. There was a lot of controversy surrounding her participation in the film.
At first, Leila wanted to sue the vehicles that reported that she had made a porn movie. However, the cover of the DVD "Pecados & Temptations", directed by J. Gaspar, came to light and the actress could not deny it anymore.
Soon after, she confirmed to the website EGO that she had indeed filmed scenes for the film, but not as the media had reported:

"What exists is that I did two scenes with a single actor. It's a period film based on Nelson Rodrigues. Next week I'm going to isolate myself to record the rest." - Leila Lopes

Her last jobs were as a TV show presenter on 'Entre 4 Paredes' with Leila Lopes, shown on the internet channel 'JustTV', and 'Calcinha Justa', on 'Sexprivé'.
