Mindi O’Brien is a former IFBB Pro competitor in Fitness, Figure, Physique and Bikini. She began her fitness journey after a successful gymnastics career, and after having her son while still fairly young; she became a mother at 18 years old.

Mindi has professionally competed more than 70 times, with appearances representing Canada at 11 times at the Olympia (in Fitness and Women's Physique) and 10 Arnold Classic Fitness & Physique International competitions, and the 1st ever Fitness Arnold Classic Europe, the three most prestigious competitions in the world
