Turner attended the school for a few years before pursuing her acting career full-time.
Her rise to fame began in 2017, when she starred in two major films, “Wonderstruck” and “Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle.” In “Wonderstruck,” she played the character Sally, a deaf girl who is fascinated by the world around her. The film received critical acclaim, and Turner’s performance was praised by many critics.
In “Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle,” she played the role of Martha Kaply, a shy and introverted teenager who becomes a confident adventurer in the world of the Jumanji video game. The film was a box office success, and Turner’s performance was once again well-received by audiences and critics.
