Rasha Kirmani was born in Iran but moved to Saudi Arabia with her family in her early years. She spent her childhood there before relocating to Mumbai later on. Her journey into the limelight began when she walked the ramp for numerous designers, showcasing their creations in fashion shows back in 2018.
In 2021, Rasha starred in two Punjabi music videos, “Sunn Mahi” and “Pyaar hai Mera,” gaining attention for her on-screen presence and charisma. But it was her role in the 2022 musical short film “Jeena Abhi Baaki Hai” by Imtiaz Ali that truly brought her widespread recognition. The film shed light on the challenges faced by modern women, with Rasha portraying a character enduring domestic abuse, showcasing her acting skills.
With over a million followers on Instagram, Rasha uses her platform to endorse various brands like Namastey Salon and Fragranza Valley. She also manages a family-owned restaurant called Kirman’s in Hyderabad. .Her versatility as an actress shone through in the movie “Jeena Abhi Baaki Hai,” where she showcased her acting skills.
Rasha is following the Muslim religion, and she belongs to the OBC (Other Backward Classes) community.
