In December 2005 The People, a UK tabloid, broke news of a small town Midlands 17-year-old with "the biggest boobs in Britain." In December 2007 Rachel exposed her enormous talent for the world to see, and began her topless modeling career. In 2008 she launched her own site, RachelAldana.com.

Rachel was originally billed as wearing a 32JJ size bra, but her breasts were still growing.

In a German television show called taff, aired May 22, 2008, on ProSieben, she went to buy a new bra at Royce Lingerie and was measured again. Her measurements were 74 cm (underbust) and 107 cm (bust), or 42 inches. This gives a bra size of 34L (75L) which was also confirmed in the show. She finally bought a white and a black bespoke version of the Radiance - a bra which normally only goes up to a J cup, but had been tailored to her particular needs.

In a PinUpFiles videotaped measuring session done by fellow big boob model Jelena Jensen, Rachel's bustline measured 41.5 inches. Her underbust measurement was 30 inches.

She officially graduated to an M cup in October 2011.

In February 2012, Rachel appeared in a photoshoot for Nuts, making her the largest-breasted model ever to appear in the pages of the magazine.

In May 2012, she announced (in Webcam #123 on her official website) that her bra size was now 30KK, which is smaller than previously thought. Her status as the UK's largest-breasted slim-n-stacked model was temporarily lost to Stephanie Fox, whose boobs are size 32M. However, since Stephanie decided to no longer pursue a modeling career, Rachel's hold on the title seemed secure.

On April 16, 2016 however, Rachel did a photoshoot with Leanne Crow, and it became clear that Rachel is now being comfortably outbusted by Leanne.

Rachel works as a hairdresser. Her mother had a breast reduction at the age of 35, but in 2005, Rachel stated: "I don't want to do anything like that yet." In 2008, however, her still growing breasts were causing her serious backache so that she was only able to continue her work as a hairdresser for three days a week. In the taff interview she said that if she could just click her fingers and her breasts were smaller, she would do it. Rachel had a boyfriend who is 18 years older than her, however on her website webcam 117 she announced she was single. On December 29, 2012 she announced via Facebook that she was pregnant. Her breasts had grew to a M cup after she gave birth to a baby in July 2013. In October 2013, she announced in one of her posts that she did an unofficial re-measurement and is now a 30MM/30N. In August 2015, when asked by a fan on Twitter whether she was still an N cup, she responded that she was now a 30L.

Rachel got married in 2016 and is a mother to a boy and a girl.
