Anahit Misak Kasparian (Armenian: Անահիտ Միսակ Գասպարյան) is an American Independent political commentator, media host, and journalist. She is the main host and a producer of the online news show The Young Turks, having begun working as a fill-in producer for the show in 2007. She also appeared on the television version of the show that aired on Current TV. She formerly hosted The Point on the TYT Network and co-hosted a Jacobin YouTube show, Weekends with Ana Kasparian and Nando Vila.

Kasparian said she wrote in Bernie Sanders in the 2020 presidential election, reasoning that it would not matter because she lives in the reliably Democratic-voting California.

Since 2023, Kasparian has taken a harder stance on crime and has criticized California governor Gavin Newsom and the Democrats in the California State Legislature for what she considers to be too soft a stance on crime. Kasparian has also become critical of identity politics, stating that "The biggest ‘change’ that some of you might have noticed with me is that I’m done with the identitarian garbage. I’m done with it. It is a giant distraction." Kasparian has also taken issue with gender-affirming care for trans people, particularly minors, believing that it causes "irreparable harm".

In October 2024, Kasparian appeared on the Keeping It Real podcast hosted by Jillian Michaels, where she discussed leaving the Democratic Party and feeling "politically homeless". In response to some backlash from the more left-leaning watchers of The Young Turks, Cenk Uygur posted on X in defense of Kasparian, stating that these "extreme leftists" can "fuck off." In late November 2024, Kasparian referred to Gavin Newsom as the worst governor in the country "By A LOT." She also lashed out against leftists, left-wing policies on climate change and homelessness, and the Democratic Party. In an early December interview with conservative commentator Glenn Beck on his The Blaze network, Kasparian lambasted Democrats over immigration issues and credited Republican Texas governor Greg Abbott with raising her awareness about the migrant crisis. She also referred to Democratic legislators in California as "grifters" due to their position on immigration issues.
