All breasts larger than a B cup ripple on the side when compressed. The difference between a natural breast and an augmented breast, is that an implant causes a second ripple along it's base during compression. There is no secondary ripple in that image. This isn't proof of lack of augmentation, but it also isn't proof of augmentation. Newer methods of breast enhancement look more natural and leave less scar tissue.

Ultimately all that really matters is that she is beautiful, and real or not her breasts are also beautiful.

She is clearly a late bloomer, Absolutely gorgeous. However a different profile picture might be in order. The current one (black lingerie) isn't the most flattering. The rest of her photos are amazing.
