I think they are real, I have seen many types of breasts and I am sure that the fall of her bust is natural, not to mention that it is not that a protuberance comes out as happens with Sophie Dee's breast that when she puts on a bickini you can see her breasts like very round lumps or even without a bikini you can see where the prosthesis is, in the case of Octokuro you see a slight drop and if there is a congruence in the way they fall with the way they have, they don't look like two melons glued together with silicone like Peta Jansen's breasts. Well, I could say that it is natural because of that slight fall that she has in some photos, the separation between her breasts and that her curves are not something that can be recreated with plastic surgery, but the truth is that nobody has the absolute truth, so it was fine leave it as unnatural, until proven otherwise or until she says it's not, we can't say if it's real/natural or not, I'll just say if it's not, it's not like it affects me (in fact, It would only affect her in her artistic career)
