How is that a dumb question? Of course people lower their rating when there is no profile pic. They might not even vote for them at all. Go look at how few girls with no profile pics get high ratings. Almost none. That is because when a girl has no profile pic it usually means her agency requested no pics of her and that is going to anger any member here to not vote high for her. Or she is pretty obscure like this woman and doesn't have an Instagram and Onlyfans.
