As far as I know, since the last biography info update, that "Petite" description automatically pops-up whenever a specific height/weight is added for a celeb. I myself only just noticed it a month ago when I as adding the biographic info for one of the celebs on the site.

From what I heard, this nude scene only appeared on the Australian TV broadcast and DVD release of the miniseries, while the worldwide release of the miniseries instead features an alternate take of the shower scene, with no visible nudity from Anita whatsoever.
