Yes, it was her old instagram account which got hacked. The scammer is posting old/edited stuff.

According to the discussions on simpcity, she did had enhancement at a young age. She later gained weight and so did her boobs. The early implants is why they had a 'natural' look to them. (Good for us)
Then, a while back she stopped posting anything. Later a few images from her sistor's instagram show her as if she had removed the implants and lost weight (due to problems, complications or something). She didn't confirm much of this and is probably just done with all this.
Also, recently there have been scam accounts posing as her on Telegram, FB, etc.
