Cindy Brooks is an American model and actress. She was chosen as Playboy's playmate for the month in April 1985.

At the time she was aged 33, and remained the oldest Playmate to appear in the magazine for almost eighteen years. From November 1993 she shared the title with Julianna Young, also 33, who appeared as a Playmate a few months younger than Cindy.

In January 2003, Rebecca Anne Ramos became a Playmate at age 35, the oldest so far.

The "J" in her name is for John. Her father's name. Her father built and operated "Fantasyland" a storybook theme park in Gettysburg, where Cindy worked summer right through her college years.
