Defenitely not real. This does not judge the woman. She is of course a beauty. Myself, it is always a way of lacking self confidence why women do this to themself. Never there is a need for a breast surgery. Every women has a natural beauty and does not need a surgery. So, I belong to the men, saying do not do this to you. Your are beautiful the way your are.

ANything below a D cup will not be attractive or arousing enough for a man,unless the man is a low quality desperate one,who almost no woman wants and will only be with if no other option is available,and even then will hate it. D is a minimum,a school grade C personally. A DD(E) cup is good, an F(DDD) cup is very good, a G or H cup is perfect(for some guys even more,and it really depends what shape and how well it sits on a woman). G and H cup is not too immense,but certainly incredible and great. But below even a D cup? No. And many women are an AA,A,B or C cup,and they may want a DD,F or G cup,naturally. To attract quality men,or just earn more money from it.
