I tried flagging the second image, because it is not her, but when I was given the selection of images to choose for flagging, I didn't see that one. Instead there were 5 more images from someone else that aren't even visible on this page.

The Rising Stars list is already some kind of second Top 100 list, because it ranks the subset of pages with less than 25 votes which correlates with how new the pages are, i.e. how recent the votes are. Maybe the Rising Stars list can be expanded so that pages don't vanish from it immediately after reaching 25 votes.

I noticed. I am glad you implemented the voting distribution graph. Looking forwards to seeing more features.

Have you read my idea about making a recency-weighted ranking list in addition to the current all-time list? I think that it would be easy to implement if you also have the timestamp data of all votes. And then all these people who complain about always seeing the same people in the top 25 list would be happy, too.

They started taking into account the 1-star votes at 0.5 weighting instead of rejecting all 1-star votes like they used to do for as long as I can remember. She should be much lower if the voting algorithm was fair.

Why does this page show up so often in the "Random Babe" section? I noticed that about a few other pages, too. Like Abella Anderson. There are over 106k pages of women but there are around 100 that showed up multiple times. Maybe the RNG is bad or it's a hash function and the hash is reset sometimes for some reason.

It's not hard to implement and its computational complexity is just O(N) and it can be updated by just adding the newest data. It's a nice graph that lets users read off several statistics at the same time, like the mode, the median and the variance.

Then you should check the votes of people like Svoda18 and their multiple other accounts. It doesn't get any more obvious than that.

That's not a histogram. A histogram is a graph with the values of a parameter on the abscissa and the counted frequency of that parameter on the ordinate. In the case of a rating histogram, the abscissa would have numbers 1 to 10 on the abscissa and the count of users who voted each rating on the ordinate.

Thats a good change, but you need to make more meta data of the rating available for users to detect manipulation more easily. Like the histogram or how many of the same users who rated a page a 10 rated a different page a 10 or 1 or 2. Or make a daily list of the most controversial pages, i.e. pages that get a lot of high ratings and low ratings.

I didn't say anything about how complicated it is or how complicated it should be. Last time I checked (which was before I got silently banned from voting) the ratings changed exactly by current_rating + my_rating/rating_count for my_rating > 1. And it was also very suspicious that the rating counts for certain pages only went up whenever those pages dropped down in ranking and they did so to a degree that would get them back to top 100 or top 25 even. I can't believe that you don't notice that behaviour, so therefore I assumed that this behaviour probably aligns with your preferences.
Why don't you just display the rating histograms for each page instead of the average plus the rating count? If you really are unbiased, you could let users report manipulation when spotting abnormal rating distributions by quickly checking the histograms.

The website host apparently doesn't care much about that manipulation as long as it fits his preferences. It would be very easy to implement a robust rating algorithm that would discard those extreme votes. And it wouldn't be too computationally expensive. Then we would see a much more realistic top 100 page.

It's lots of votes by fake accounts. I once found a few of those and they were all the same: 10 star ratings for Mila Azul and some other Ukrainian women and several 1 star ratings for highly rated Russian women and random black women and no other votes aside from these. You can also see this by acknowledging the fact that this profile is the one with the most votes (almost 1100) by a large margin. All the other women who are very frequently in the top 25 have way below 1000 votes each. Why would a normal user rate only this one and not others in the top 25 or top 100?

For example there is a photoshoot of Angela White and Celeste Star and they both wear the same shoes and Celeste is clearly taller than Angela and Angela is known to be 5'2".
