That's not how it works. They are weighing down rankings with low votes count, so it's harder for new profiles to reach number one. They need average ratings of 9.3 or 9.4 for the first spot, while profiles with 1000 votes get to the first spot with less than 9.15.

For those who can see individual votes it is obvious that there are users who manipulate the top 25 list. Anastasiia is definitely closer to being perfect than several of the profiles that have been in the top 25 forever.

I see what you mean. That feature was introduced not so long ago and it was commented on somewhere. In my opinion it comes with more drawbacks than advantages and it doesn't help in cases where a small group of users try to systematically downvote anything new that makes it into top 25. There are much better solutions using robust statistical methods, like even just weighting any votes by the inverse of their distance from the median vote, normalized by the standard deviation, i.e. x*std(x)/(x-u(x)), x being the random variable for the votes and u(x) and std(x) being median/mean and standard deviation or any other preferred first order moment and second order moment.

There is certainly manipulation by users going on and there is nothing running in the background to guarantee it from not happening. It's easy to verify, just go ahead and give a random profile a 1 star rating and then see how the rating changes. It's exactly (n_votes*rating_current + 1)/(n_votes + 1).

No, the admins don't change the rankings. But the problem is that they are already very busy with other stuff, so they don't have time to check for manipulation on every page. They need a manipulation detection algorithm. My guess is that the ranking list will look very, very different when removing all manipulation votes.

Also, it is again the same users who gave the current newcomers in the top 25 list 1 star ratings today.

I think she know how to measure, considering she needs a good fit for her big breasts. The way her breats look, I doubt there is much difference in circumference between having the bra on or off.
How many other pages here have measurement info from the woman in question? There are a lot of pages in the top 100 who have much less reliable data and nobody cares either way. The most reliable info is from actual famous models and if you compare them with some random instagram "models", it is easy to see that there is significant discrepancy.

The Rising Stars list is already some kind of second Top 100 list, because it ranks the subset of pages with less than 25 votes which correlates with how new the pages are, i.e. how recent the votes are. Maybe the Rising Stars list can be expanded so that pages don't vanish from it immediately after reaching 25 votes.

I noticed. I am glad you implemented the voting distribution graph. Looking forwards to seeing more features.

Have you read my idea about making a recency-weighted ranking list in addition to the current all-time list? I think that it would be easy to implement if you also have the timestamp data of all votes. And then all these people who complain about always seeing the same people in the top 25 list would be happy, too.

Why does this page show up so often in the "Random Babe" section? I noticed that about a few other pages, too. Like Abella Anderson. There are over 106k pages of women but there are around 100 that showed up multiple times. Maybe the RNG is bad or it's a hash function and the hash is reset sometimes for some reason.

It's not hard to implement and its computational complexity is just O(N) and it can be updated by just adding the newest data. It's a nice graph that lets users read off several statistics at the same time, like the mode, the median and the variance.

That's not a histogram. A histogram is a graph with the values of a parameter on the abscissa and the counted frequency of that parameter on the ordinate. In the case of a rating histogram, the abscissa would have numbers 1 to 10 on the abscissa and the count of users who voted each rating on the ordinate.

Thats a good change, but you need to make more meta data of the rating available for users to detect manipulation more easily. Like the histogram or how many of the same users who rated a page a 10 rated a different page a 10 or 1 or 2. Or make a daily list of the most controversial pages, i.e. pages that get a lot of high ratings and low ratings.

I didn't say anything about how complicated it is or how complicated it should be. Last time I checked (which was before I got silently banned from voting) the ratings changed exactly by current_rating + my_rating/rating_count for my_rating > 1. And it was also very suspicious that the rating counts for certain pages only went up whenever those pages dropped down in ranking and they did so to a degree that would get them back to top 100 or top 25 even. I can't believe that you don't notice that behaviour, so therefore I assumed that this behaviour probably aligns with your preferences.
Why don't you just display the rating histograms for each page instead of the average plus the rating count? If you really are unbiased, you could let users report manipulation when spotting abnormal rating distributions by quickly checking the histograms.

The website host apparently doesn't care much about that manipulation as long as it fits his preferences. It would be very easy to implement a robust rating algorithm that would discard those extreme votes. And it wouldn't be too computationally expensive. Then we would see a much more realistic top 100 page.
